metaOLVIDO Endpoint & metaOLVIDO Server

metaOLVIDO EndPoint and metaOLVIDO Server are advanced metadata redaction and management tools developed under the umbrella of the National Cryptologic Centre of Spain (CCN-CERT). They enforce security policies by automatically stripping hidden, sensitive information (such as EXIF data, user names, and geolocation) from documents and files to prevent data leaks and comply with GDPR and ENS.

metaOLVIDO allows to apply corporate security policies of prevention of information leakage, cleaning up the metadata and sensitive information hidden in the office files generated in an organization, thus reducing the risks derived from the malicious use of the metadata.

It offers automated solutions, which do not require user intervention, for the processing of metadata in:

Mail Servers:

- Microsoft Outlook for Windows, Mac OS X and OWA.
- Google Gmail through Chrome browser, Firefox and Edge.
