Thamer

THAMER is High Grade link encryption device operating between 1.2Kbit/s and 2.048Mbit/s. To facilitate low support cost, THAMER provides fully automatic PKC key generation between each pair of equipment. The equipment monitors throughput and renegotiates a key exchange automatically whenever required. An Enhanced User Interface (EUI) management port is presented on an RS-232 serial interface or via SNMP protocols on an Ethernet connection. THAMER has been approved for use by HMG departments and for NATO. The system successfully completed NATO Operational Evaluation in Summer 2004. THAMER is also available as a European (EU) variant.
