Thales MLS (Multi-Level Secure) Voice Platform (MVP) v1.1

The Thales MLS (Multi-Level Secure) Voice Platform (MVP) provides a platform for the handling of multiple (up to 10) security levels in an MLS Voice System. The MVP provides the user (and the voice application) with the capability to establish voice connections on different security levels from the same user terminal. The user terminals, together with necessary communication servers, are connected to an IP network handling the highest security level. In addition, there are specific MLS Voice Guards (MVGs) that handle the voice connections (VoIP) to the lower security levels. The MLS Voice Terminal (MVT) and the MLS Voice Guard (MVG), plus the corresponding MLS Security Management (MSM), constitutes the MVP.

Additional Notes

MLS Voice Terminal (MVT) and MLS Voice Gurad (MVG) are the certified components in the platform. MVG is certified in accordance with EAL4 augmented with ALC_FLR.3 and AVA_VAN.4. MVT is certified in accordance with EAL4 augmented with ALC_FLR.3.
