The Navielektro Data Diode L2 is a hardware data diode with optical unidirectional data flow that will ensure physical separation of systems in one direction. 

The Navielektro L2 Data Diode offers high performance in very small stand-alone packaged in to an embedded device or that may be provided in 1U that contains 1-3U L2 Data Diodes or in a 3U rack kit that enables the inclusion of multiple L2 Data Diodes. 

The L2 data diode meets the highest demand on security with integrated optical hardware data diode hardware where separation between the two interfaces is guaranteed. The solution excludes the risk for covert channels in the reverse direction also due to RFI/EMI design using RF enclosures that minimises or eliminates any possible compromising emanations. 

The product is approved in Finland for data transfer between networks of different security levels up to and including to NATO SECRET.
