AN/PRC-158

The AN/PRC-158 is a next-generation dual-channel, software-defined tactical manpack radio developed by L3Harris Technologies. It is designed for platoon, company, and battalion-level communications where greater power, range, and networking capability are required than a handheld radio can provide. Whereas the AN/PRC-152A is primarily a handheld radio carried by an individual soldier, the AN/PRC-158 is a backpack ("manpack") radio that offers significantly more capability, including two independent radio channels operating simultaneously.
