Silentel 5.2

Silentel (version 5.2) technology is an option for users who want to protect and secure their voice calls, messages, chats, sensitive documents, photos or any files in a mobile context.

Silentel is a fast to implement and easy to use, targeted for any type of secure mobile communication. It consists of client applications and server modules. Silentel client applications are made for end users’ mobile phones and personal computers (PCs). Server modules provide mainly authorization and mutual connection between individual users.

Silentel can be delivered as scalable solution which meets specific customer requirements. It’s dedicated for individuals, private companies and governmental bodies.

The list of actual supported devices can be provided by the manufacturer on demand.

Silentel is the member of ICWG (International Interoperability Control Working Group) to facilitate the design and production of interoperable secure communications products and supporting infrastructure for NATO, NATO nations, and allied member nations using SCIP protocol (Secure Communication Interoperability Protocol).

Dependency details:

Silentel requires Internet protocol (IP) for secure communication.

Silentel client application should be running on supported mobile phones, tablets or personal comupters (PCs). List of actual supported devices provides manufacturer on demand.

Communications/ transport supported protocols:

  • SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) - Secured signalization protocol for transmission of status information, control commands and non-voice data communication.
  • RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol) - Secured protocol for transmission of real-time voice and data communication.
  • SCIP (Secure Communication Interoperability Protocol) – In development, to be released in 2015.
  • HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) - Protocol for downloading CRL to validate of users and server’s certificates.
